Tommy Fibich is a partner in the firm of Fibich, Hampton & Leebron, L.L.P. He received his BBA from the University of Texas and his J.D. from the University of Houston, where he was a member of the Order of the Barons, the highest honorary legal scholastic society at the University of Houston Law Center.

Mr. Fibich is board certified in Civil Trial Law and is a member of American Board of Trial Advocates. He enjoys being a frequent speaker and lecturer across the nation on several issues. Mr. Fibich has been involved in numerous mass torts cases, including psychiatric hospital abuse cases, Fen/Phen, Baycol, Ephedra drug cases, and Jehovah's Witness sexual abuse cases. Mr. Fibich was plaintiff's counsel for the first Fen/Phen class action certified in the United States.

In 2003, 20,000 of his peers voted Mr. Fibich a Texas SuperLawyer, for which he was featured in Texas Monthly. This honor places Mr. Fibich in the top 5% of all attorneys in the State of Texas.
