Michael Josephson is a native of Houston, Texas . Michael graduated cum laude from the University of Houston and received his law degree from the South Texas College of Law. Michael is dedicated to the representation of individuals in matters involving personal injury, unfair insurance practices and unpaid overtime compensation.

In his mass tort and toxic tort practice, Michael has represented a wide variety of clients in claims involving occupational exposure to asbestos and silica.
